Chapter 01
Where the failures actually start
A homeowner in Richmond usually calls about one thing: a stain on a wall, a panel that has started to warp, water pooling somewhere near the foundation. Rarely is it actually one thing. Siding that is cracking, warping, fading, or losing panels lets water behind the wall long before it shows up as interior damage or mold. A roof with blistering shingles or a compromised edge sends water somewhere, and where it lands is not always obvious from where the roof itself failed.
Gutters are the part most people forget is part of the same system. When they are undersized, clogged, or pitched wrong, water goes over the top instead of down the downspout, straight onto the siding it should never touch and into the soil against the foundation. Erosion, basement flooding risk, and paint that peels near the roofline are usually a gutter problem wearing a siding or foundation costume.

How the crew treats it as one job
The free roof inspection is still where we start, checking shingles, flashing and decking the way we describe on our roof inspection and maintenance page. From there we follow the water: where the gutters tie into the roofline, whether they are sized and pitched to actually carry what a Fort Bend storm drops on them, and where the siding meets the roof edge and the trim around every window and door.
On the gutter side we install seamless aluminum, copper, steel, vinyl, half-round and K-style gutters, plus guards, sized for the house rather than off a standard chart. On the siding side we handle installation, repair, replacement and maintenance, with color and style consultations when a full replacement is on the table. We install CertainTeed, IKO, GAF, TAMKO, Versico and Owens Corning roofing systems and hold CertainTeed's Select ShingleMaster credential alongside Owens Corning's Preferred Contractor status, so the same crew that inspects the roof is qualified to sign off on how it ties into everything below it.
Chapter 03
Why one call instead of three matters
Coordinating a roofer, a gutter installer and a siding contractor separately means three schedules, three sets of assumptions about who is responsible for the flashing where two of those trades meet, and three different people to call back if something leaks a year later. We would rather be the one call, and the one warranty.
Work done under this umbrella carries our five-year warranty on parts and labor, plus SureStart and limited lifetime manufacturer's warranties depending on the system involved, and we work with most major insurance providers when a storm is behind the damage.
